James

Dealership Support Specialist

James is behind a lot of what people see from Culloden Cars before they ever get in touch.

From photography and video to listings and day-to-day content, he plays a big role in how the business shows up online. And that matters, because for a lot of customers, that is where their first impression is formed.

But it’s not just about making things look good. It’s about making sure what people see reflects what Culloden Cars is actually like.

Having followed the business and Dealership Diaries before joining the team, James came in with a clear understanding of what makes it different. The fact it’s not over-polished. The fact it shows the real work behind the scenes. And the fact the same people you see online are the ones you deal with in person.

Now, his job is to help bring that to life properly.

Originally born in Fort William and raised in Oban, he moved to Inverness at 18, where, before entering into the world of cars, he started out as a butcher, which might not be the most obvious route into automotive content, but does say something about attention to detail and work ethic.

He’s also got a genuine interest in history and Japanese culture, which probably explains some of the car choices.
