We only popped along for a look as we knew what things we needed in a car but just couldn't find something that met our needs. When we nipped in there was a few cars we wanted to look at. Craig gave us the freedom to look around them, get a feel for them and gave us any important information we needed. There was no "Hard" sell, there was no pressure or pushy over the top service. Everything was laid back and just left to us to look. All the information on the cars was emailed to us and we went away happy that we could make an informed decision. When we decided everything was done online at home, and we didn't need to return to the garage until the day we picked up the car. The car was ready in less than 5 days! Great customer service! Outstanding aftercare service from Craig at Culloden Cars.
I purchased a car from Culloden Cars prior to Craig taking over as the new owner. Unfortunately I experienced some faults with the car, even though the three month warranty had expired Craig unquestionably repaired the faults and got me back on the road again. The car unfortunately had another fault and I asked for the car to be returned as I had lost faith in the car. Again Craig went above and beyond to accommodate my request and took the car back. The faults could have occurred on any car from any dealership but I truly believe that if it had been any other dealer the outcome wouldn’t have been a pleasant experience.
Actions speak louder than words and it is clear to see that Craig takes great pride in customer satisfaction and the level of service that he provides. A truly honest and fair man who goes that extra mile. Second to none! Many thanks for all your help and assistance.Mark MckeownWhat a great service

What a great service experience from Craig at Culloden Cars! I purchased an Audi RS5 from these guys a couple of weeks ago and the whole experience from start to finish was personal and professional.
I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle of this caliber from 400 miles away but Craig spent so much time answering my numerous questions, sending me pictures and videos of the car and reassuring me about the vehicle.
Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase I booked a train ticket and a plane ticket and flew up to Inverness airport, Craig arranged for me to be collected from the airport and brought to Culloden Cars where I test drove the vehicle and finished off the paperwork before enjoying a thrilling 400 mile drive back to Yorkshire!
