Jack Pearson

Sales Associate

If you've visited the showroom, sent an enquiry or picked up a new car recently, there is a fair chance you've already dealt with Jack.

Originally from Shetland and now firmly settled in the Highlands, he is one of the main points of contact for customers, and a big part of why the sales side of Culloden Cars feels the way it does.

Because for Jack, it’s not about pushing a deal through, it’s about getting it right.

He’s naturally easy to talk to, but more importantly, he listens. He picks up on what people actually need, what they’re unsure about, and where things might feel a bit overwhelming. From there, it’s about keeping things simple, explaining things properly and making sure nothing feels rushed or unclear.

But that approach didn’t come out of nowhere.

Before working in cars, Jack was in motorcycle accessories, dealing with customers who knew exactly what they wanted and plenty who didn’t. And before that, he spent six years as a hairdresser, which probably explains the patience, the people skills and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.

Now, by the time it gets to handover, most customers already feel comfortable, as they know what they’re buying, how it works and what to expect next.

And that’s what matters most.
